Handblast cabinets provide and ideal solution for cleaning, deburring, and cosmetically finishing smaller components where volumes are relatively low allowing an operator to spend time manipulating a blast nozzle. The degree of manipulation provided by an operator also allows the blast stream to access difficult areas which may be unavailable to a fixed direct blast in wheel blast machine. Compressed air is required to project the abrasive ( usually a grit) onto the surface and the customer should ascertain whether they have sufficient capacity available ( Dough Booth UK Ltd will be happy to provide advise on requirement for individual machines. All handblast cabinets are supplied with grit recycling and dust extraction.
