Hanger Spinner shot blasters are the solution for batch blasting of small to medium size parts which are suitable for hanging upon a multi arm jig suspended by hook arrangement in the roof of the machine. The machine is typically supplied with an external beam arrangement allowing the operator to load / unload safely. An alternative “Y” track arrangement will also allow the operator to load a second jig whilst the first jig is going through the blasting cycle ensuring loading times are minimised.

During the blast cycle the jig is rotated through 360º and oscillated to ensure that all faces are cleaned. Timed door interlocks prevent the operator opening doors either during the blast process or for a short period of time after the completion of the blast cycle to ensure operator safety.
